• One of three ICDR arbitrators in dispute arising from $100 million Put Option in multi-billion dollar M&A deal

• One of three AAA arbitrators in dispute arising from rollover equity agreement 

• Sole ICDR arbitrator in dispute between U.S. and European companies arising from Convertible Loan Agreement, with option to convert loan amount into equity in Hungarian corporation

• ICDR emergency arbitrator in dispute concerning exclusive agreement to negotiate equity sale

• Chair, ICDR arbitration arising from overseas investments in Las Vegas hotel project 

• One of three ICC arbitrators in dispute between joint venture partners for Vietnam factory

• One of three ICDR arbitrators in dispute between partners to joint venture to make and sell catheters in the U.S. and China and related technology and IP license

• Counsel in two ICC arbitrations arising from acquisition of bank, with total claims over $1 billion

• Counsel in ICC arbitration arising from large M&A deal, involving claims and counterclaims in the hundreds of millions of dollars
