• One of three AAA arbitrators in dispute between large multi-level marketing company and former executive about non-solicitation clause and launch of competing company

• Sole SIAC arbitrator in dispute between logistics company and electronics company about compensation for products that third party took from warehouse

• Sole AAA arbitrator in two separate arbitrations about consulting fees for software services 

• Counsel in JAMS arbitration in dispute between two law firms about allocation of $15 million fee award resulting from large damages judgment in successful whistleblowing case
